- Funding includes a full tuition fee waiver (for Overseas or UK students) and an annual stipend and salary package totaling £19,237 per year (2024/5 rate)
About Graduate Teaching Assistantships: Graduate Teaching Assistantships provide an opportunity for research students to fund their PhD through part-time teaching work at the University. Successful candidates will be involved in teaching activities aimed at facilitating active learning in tutorials and seminars, while also conducting their research.
Entry Requirements and Application:
- Open to UK and Overseas applicants
- Applicants must hold a UK Bachelor Degree with at least a 2:1 and a Master’s Degree or overseas equivalent
- University of Leicester English language requirements apply
- Applicants should prepare their Research proposal using the provided Proposal Form
