YCCECE is founded in 2018 by the Yew Chung Education Foundation (YCEF), an established non-profit Association in Hong Kong with almost 90 years of pioneering history in Early Childhood and international education, bringing together the best of the East and West. - Living Costs: Students should budget between HK$30,000 and HK$50,000 per year for living expenses, including food, transportation, and leisure.
- Accommodation: Affordable hostel accommodation for international students costs around HK$6,000 (USD 770) per month.
- Application Fee Waiver: Applicants referred by the Consular General of Nigeria in Hong Kong will have their application fees waived.

Requirements for YCCECE Scholarship Program Qualification
- Hold an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE A-Level) or International Advanced Level (iAL) with Grade E in two subjects (for BEdECE) or one subject (for HDECE).
- Obtain Grade E in English Language at A/AS-Level or Grade C in GCE O-Level/GCSE/IGCSE.
