Scholarship Support:
The AU EGL scholarship provides financial assistance for all expenses related to attending AU (including tuition, accommodation, and meals) that necessitate a visa (ideally an F-1 or J-1 student visa) for study in the United States.
Qualification for Scholarships:
Students from around the world, representing a wide range of cultures and socio-economic statuses, are eligible.
Must have a GPA of at least 3.8 (or be in the top 10% of their graduate class) for grades 9th through 12th.
Show evidence of leadership, volunteer work, community involvement, and a dedication to addressing the needs of their community back home.
Applicants must have one of the following:
- A TOEFL iBT score of 95 or higher, with all scores above 20.
- At least 24 TOEFL scores (taken after May 31, 2017) on the traditional paper-based TOEFL.
- An IELTS score of 7.0 or higher for all subscores.
- A minimum SAT reading score of 33.
