The initiative aims to provide young individuals from Norway and Africa, who possess a vision for entrepreneurship and innovation, the opportunity to pursue their studies at IE University.
Over the course of four years, the program will award a total of 46 scholarships to applicants from Norway, South Africa, Liberia, and Ethiopia. The Fellowships for Leading Norwegian Talent will offer two scholarships for undergraduate programs and 20 scholarships for pre-experience master’s degrees, while the Fellowships for Leading African Talent will provide 24 scholarships for pre-experience master’s programs for eligible candidates.
Aim and Benefits of Kistefos Young Talented Leader Scholarships Program
All scholarships will cover up to 100% of tuition fees including living expenses and travel arrangements for the master programs.

Applicants for the scholarship must showcase outstanding academic and personal achievements, exhibit strong leadership skills, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and show a dedication to making a positive difference in their home countries after graduation.

The Admissions process is as follows:
Online Application.
Online Assessment.
Entrance Exam: Students are required to take either the GMAT, GRE or IEGAT (IE Test).
Personal Interview (face-to-face or via Skype) with the Admissions Team.
Admission Committee Final Decision: Candidates will receive the final decision within one to three weeks.
